1. Follow the Program and Keep a Log As Follows
The refund request and supporting documents (outlined below) are submitted within 60 days of time of purchase
The customer watches each video in the 1st eight (8) modules of the program, and takes all necessary actions as outlined in each video
The customer either attends live, or watches the recordings of the weekly group Q&A calls included with The Work From Anywhere Accelerator
The customer actively participates* in our private Facebook Group so we can monitor your progress and help you succeed.
* Active participation in this instance means making a minimum of one post and one comment per day, 5 days a week, from date of purchase through request for refund
The customer diligently documents what he or she has learned and what steps they’ve taken to implement the training … documentation to be carried out precisely as follows:
Start a blank Google document the day of purchase.
On each day for 60 days, write 2 simple entries – one in the morning, one in the evening.
These only need be a sentence or two each, but need to summarize exactly what was learned, and what implementation steps were taken, each day.
Only a Google doc is acceptable. The reason for this is Google time-stamps all entries.
This eliminates any potential misrepresentation of information by either the customer or vendor, in an attempt to circumvent the guarantee terms and conditions.
2.Do the Complete Homework Checklist
The homework checklist can be found under “miscellaneous” in the member’s area.
IMPORTANT:
The purpose of this guarantee is to ensure that you, as a serious customer, get the very best from your investment.
You’re only being asked to use the resources and training as directed to get optimal results.
So if you’re serious about success, you’ll be taking these steps anyway.
And provided you take action as recommended and are an active participant in your success, we’re confident you won’t need the guarantee … as you’d be disappointed to just make $100 in 60 days with this.
No refunds will be provided more than 60 days following the date of purchase under any circumstances.
To be even more clear, here are some examples of what is not covered under the refund policy . . .
“I decided to change directions,” “I haven’t had time to go through the course,” “something came up,” “my husband is moving for his job,” “my dog died,” “I’m having a baby and don’t want to focus on this right now,” “I’m just too busy.”
Unfortunately, I can’t plan for all of the unexpected events in the lives of the program members, and I can’t, under any circumstances, offer a refund for personal reasons. As I have stated, the guarantee exists to guarantee the quality of the program.
The point of this policy is to give people the chance to use the system, and if it doesn’t work after they have implemented everything, they can get their money back.
It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material or try it out and decide to go another direction, or use it for a little while and then get all their money back when something comes up in life (things always come up).
Commitment is the only thing that will get you results. If you get busy with life, don’t worry. You have lifetime access to the material and can come back at any time.
Additionally, we are not liable for any refund amount due to technical problems on your computer, including but not limited to unwillingness to learn computer proficiency, broken computers (hardware or software), lack of computer, problems with your Facebook, Email or LinkedIn account, or unwillingness to post publicly on your profile because of competing job arrangements.
Please do not ask for a refund if you haven’t done the work. If it is clear that your homework is incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course, your refund will be denied. However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.
